Challenge: Heading toward their 2021 IPO, “What is Braze?” was the most commonly asked question Sales faced during prospect conversations, creating a persistent barrier to closed wins.
Solution: I helped reposition Braze as a solution companies can’t live without, no matter their size or industry. the website from the ground up to make clear the company mission and product, once and for all.

Challenge: Customers were confused by the Braze Maturity Framework. Faced with alarming churn rates, our Success team needed a way to encourage customers further down the funnel and spark long-term loyalty.
Solution: I rebranded our maturity framework. Check out how it’s been applied to Customer Education with a fresh new name, easy-to-remember tiers (Activate to Ace), and more.
Partnered with Product Marketing and our Creative Director to write the storyboard and VO script for the launch of our Content Cards feature.

Challenge: Translate our “Opportunity During Unpredictability” theme for Winter 2021 into a coordinated product launch.
