Cancelation Optimization
Challenge: Many members didn’t know about Reforge’s reimbursement resource center, which can help them overcome barriers they may have paying for their $2K/year subscription.
Solution: By increasing reimbursement awareness and access for churning members, we felt confident we could reduce the likelihood of cancelation. We added nudges to the account page, as well as a step in the cancelation flow that directs members to reimbursement at those high-intent moments.
